• Board: Next → In progress → Check → Done. Pull from the top of Next when In progress has room (at most 3 Projects at once). Check waits on the DE gate or your OK. Done means live and checked, not just merged; it shows 1 day, then goes to Archive.
• Tap a card or an ask to see its steps and details. The Operations Manager pulls board changes into the repo.
